After editing, the original world is then deleted and the copy is pasted. Since editing a bedrock edition world requires the entire world database be loaded, a copy of the world is first made in Documents. It will not create a new directory automatically. When you selected to save the world to your desktop, it tried to save all the world files to your desktop. Otherwise the UME generates all the world files in that directory.
